A unique resort located in a beautiful and historical part of
Curaçao, Coral Estate offers exceptional possibilities. Coral
Estate lies on the southwest coast, about half an hour’s drive
from Hato airport and Willemstad. It is situated in a
magnificent natural coastal area and by the saliña (inlet), and
borders salt ponds which are feeding grounds for flamingos.
With a 3 km coastline, the project is 350 hectares in total, of
which only 30% will be developed. The vastness of the Coral
Estate project with many natural areas and lavish lots, provide
both residents and tourists ample space and tranquility. The
natural difference in elevations ensures that there is a
completely unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea from all lots
(ownership land, not long-lease land).
The natural boundaries provide security for the Resort and its
one main entrance also enhances safety (in addition, there is
24-hour on-site security).
Building possibilities range from second homes (with the
possibility to be rented out) to very luxurious villas for

Every owner is a member of the Owner’s Association which acts in
the interest of the entire community. The association is
