In the Patio-B home, you can go from the living room with open kitchen to the master bedroom complete with private bath. There are an additional two bedrooms at the front of the house, a second bathroom with toilet, and a storeroom. The home features a spacious, symmetrical porch.
Patio-C is identical in terms of square meters, but the layout is different. The entrance is located on the side, and the kitchen is centrally located at the back of the home. There is no separate bathroom; instead, the bedrooms at the back each have their own private bathroom (with shower and sink).
