La Cabaña is the name of a home with a lower level and knows various implementations concerning the entrance, layout and design elements all with a Caribbean look and elegance. The roof timbers are open, this means that there is no ceiling but the rafters have been left visible at a height of almost 5 meters. This creates a tremendous sense of space.

There is a sliding door spanning over 6 metres on the side of the living room facing the sea that can be opened completely and through which one enters the porch. Thus creating a sense of one large area encompassing both living room and porch. The lower level offers space for 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom and a storage.
